Workers need to understand individual or group difference, treat people as individuals and create a fairer society. Eliminating discrimination and prejudice will help the healthcare sector deliver accessible, fair and healthier services. This course provides an understanding of diversity in our workplace environment and explains how our own attitudes, values and actions can have an impact on others.
