Once my boss had paid for the courses I had to access it by logging in and setting up a password.i found a couple of the course very long and hard to keep focused before the questions.but overall it was very straight forward and well set out.

All staff must begin with the FREE Tier 1 (Part 1) – E-learning, developed by Health Education England in partnership with e-learning for Healthcare. Completing this course is essential before progressing to either Tier 1 (Part 2) or Tier 2 training, depending on your role.

• Staff who need general awareness will continue to Tier 1 (Part 2) – a 1-hour interactive online session co-delivered by experts by experience and a subject matter facilitator.
   
• Staff who provide direct care and support will continue to Tier 2 – a 1-day face-to-face classroom session co-delivered by experts by experience and a subject matter expert facilitator.
