The UK Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF) is a national benchmark for the content of statutory/mandatory training.  It sets out minimum learning outcomes, frequency of refresher training and links to relevant legislation or expert guidance.”

It gives confidence to employers that a minimum set of training standards have been met and more importantly, delivered by a trusted source.

The UK Core Skills Training Framework has been adopted by the NHS, bank staff, employment agencies and independent healthcare providers and is compliant with LPP (London Procurement Partnership) mandatory and statutory training framework

All training modules are mapped to the Core Skills Training Framework learning objectives, guaranteeing high quality knowledge delivered by qualified, motivated and professional trainers.

The Health and Safety Group offer the non-practical element of the Mandatory Training Course in two formats:-

• E-Learning - All our modules are easy to navigate through at your own pace and a certificate of completion is immediately available to download on completion of the course.
• Classroom Training Course - The practical element of the CSTF Mandatory Training Course can only be completed in a classroom training session.
